My Husband and I used contacted John in Mid 2024 about building our home - by early November, concrete had been poured and the build started! He was always available to answer any questions we had and remained incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and even after completion, too. He fully addressed concerns, worked with us on unanticipated changes we wanted to make, and made the process overall pretty seamless. Because of the experience we had with him, we have referred multiple people to him since. Trust is a hard thing to come by these days... it seems most companies are worried solely about keeping profits as high as possible. However, I can honestly say that we never once felt this way while using John. We would absolutely do it again, and actually have already contacted him about additional projects we want to complete in the near future.
